This policy explains how Navionyx Mobility Solutions Private Limited ("Navionyx", "we", "us") delivers hardware ordered through navionyx.com. By placing an order on the website, the customer agrees to the terms set out below.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver only within India. At checkout, the customer is required to enter the destination pincode. Orders can be placed only for pincodes serviceable by our courier partners. If a pincode is not serviceable, the order cannot be completed on the website. In such cases, the customer may write to info@navionyx.com for alternative arrangements.

2. Payment Modes

All orders on navionyx.com are prepaid only. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and netbanking through our payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is not available. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free across India. The shipping cost is already included in the product price displayed on the website. There are no hidden charges, octroi, or last mile fees billed to the customer over and above the order total at checkout.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

  1. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays applicable at our facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra).
  2. Every order is dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation and successful order verification.
  3. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  4. Bulk orders, custom configured devices, or pre order SKUs may have an extended dispatch timeline, which will be communicated to the customer in advance.

5. Delivery Timelines

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the expected delivery timelines are:

Metro cities 3 to 5 business days
Non metro cities, towns, and rural pincodes 5 to 8 business days

These timelines are indicative and are based on the courier partner's standard service levels. Delays due to weather, strikes, regional bandhs, election bandobast, customs or e way bill checks, or any force majeure event are outside Navionyx's direct control.

6. Courier Partners

Navionyx ships through reputed third party courier partners. The specific partner assigned to a shipment may vary based on the destination pincode and the courier's serviceability for that location. The customer does not have the option to choose the courier partner.

7. Order Tracking

Every dispatched order is assigned a tracking ID. The customer can track the live status of the shipment using the "Track Your Order" link available on navionyx.com by entering the order number or the tracking ID shared on email at the time of dispatch.

8. Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer. This is because device provisioning, SIM activation, and warehouse processing begin immediately on confirmation.

Navionyx reserves the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion in the following situations:

  1. The shipping address is in a non serviceable pincode.
  2. Suspected fraudulent or unverifiable transactions.
  3. Stock unavailability discovered after order placement.
  4. Pricing or product information error on the website.

In any of the above cases, the full order value is refunded to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days. This is the only situation in which a refund is processed by Navionyx.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to complete delivery on the first attempt due to the consignee being unreachable, the address being incorrect, or the recipient being unavailable:

  1. The parcel is held at the local courier hub for a period of 7 days from the first failed attempt.
  2. The courier partner contacts the customer on the registered mobile number to attempt redelivery during this window.
  3. If the parcel remains undelivered after 7 days, it is returned to Navionyx as a Return to Origin (RTO) shipment.

10. RTO and Reshipment

If a parcel is returned to Navionyx as RTO due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, unreachable, refused delivery), the order is not automatically reshipped or refunded.

The customer may request reshipment by writing to info@navionyx.com. Reshipment charges, payable in advance, will be borne by the customer before the parcel is dispatched again. The applicable reshipment fee is communicated to the customer based on the destination pincode and the courier's tariff.

11. Receiving the Shipment

The customer is requested to:

  1. Verify the package condition at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging shows visible damage, tampering, or signs of opening, this should be noted with the delivery agent and recorded on the delivery sheet.
  2. Verify that the product, model, and quantity match the invoice.
  3. Report any transit damage, shortage, or wrong product shipment to info@navionyx.com within 48 hours of delivery, as outlined in our Return and Replacement Policy. Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.

12. Installation

Installation is not part of the delivery service for retail customers on navionyx.com. Retail customers receive the hardware along with an installation manual and are expected to install the device themselves or through an installer of their choice.

On site installation is offered only for B2B customers, fleet operators, OEM partners, and government tenders under a separate agreement and may be billed as an add on service.

13. Risk and Title

Risk in the product passes to the customer at the time the parcel is delivered at the shipping address mentioned on the order, irrespective of who receives the parcel at that address. Title in the product passes to the customer on successful realisation of the order payment.
