₹1,399 per device for the first year, inclusive of 18% GST. This includes the GPS hardware, SIM connectivity for 12 months, full platform access, and the iOS and Android mobile apps. Installation charges are not included.

No. This is a standard GPS tracking device intended for vehicle location, trip history, alerts, geofencing, and fleet monitoring. It is not AIS 140 certified, ARAI approved, Vahan integrated, or valid for RTO fitness and VLTD compliance.

If you require an AIS 140 VLTD device for a commercial vehicle, contact Navionyx before ordering. We will recommend the appropriate compliant device separately.

Installation is not included in the ₹1,399 price. This is a wired device that connects to the vehicle's ignition, battery, and ground lines, so it needs an auto electrician or a trained installer to fit it correctly. Most of our B2B customers already work with their own fleet electricians or vehicle workshops who handle the fitment. If you prefer, we can also arrange installation through our partner network in select cities. Call us after placing your order and we will coordinate. Every order ships with a wiring harness, relay, SIM, cable ties, 3M mounting pad, and a detailed install guide for your technician.

We ship free across India. Dispatch happens within 1 to 2 working days from our Delhi Warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination pincode. You receive an AWB tracking number once dispatched.

This product is not eligible for returns. We provide a 1 year manufacturer warranty on the hardware. If a device is found defective or dead on arrival, we replace it free of cost. Details are on our Return and Replacement Policy.

At the end of the first year, you renew the platform and SIM data annually. Renewal pricing may differ from the first year package price. The hardware does not need to be replaced.

After payment, you receive an order ID on screen and via email with a downloadable invoice. A short SMS confirmation also goes to your mobile. Visit our Order Status page anytime. Enter your mobile number, verify via SMS OTP, and see live order status including AWB tracking once your order is dispatched.
