What is the total cost per device per year?

₹1,450 per device per year, inclusive of 18% GST. This includes the GPS hardware, the SIM card with 12 months of data, full platform access, the iOS and Android mobile apps, and AIS 140 compliance reporting.

Is the device AIS 140 certified?

Yes. Every Navionyx GPS Vehicle Tracker is AIS 140 certified by an ARAI approved testing agency. The certificate of compliance is provided for each device. We also handle Vahan portal integration as part of the order.

How many devices can I order on this page?

You can order 10 to 49 devices directly through the checkout on this page. For orders of 50 devices or more, please use the bulk enquiry form on this page or call us. Bulk orders get better unit pricing.

Is installation included?

Installation is not included in the ₹1,450 price. This is a wired device that connects to the vehicle's ignition, battery, and ground lines, so it needs an auto electrician or a trained installer to fit it correctly. Most of our B2B customers already work with their own fleet electricians or vehicle workshops who handle the fitment. If you prefer, we can also arrange installation through our partner network in select cities. Call us after placing your order and we will coordinate. Every order ships with a wiring harness, relay, SIM, cable ties, 3M mounting pad, and a detailed install guide for your technician.

Where do you ship?

We ship free pan India. Dispatch happens within 1 to 2 working days from our Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination pincode. You receive an AWB tracking number once dispatched.

Can I return the device if I do not need it?

This product is not eligible for returns. We provide a 1 year manufacturer warranty on the hardware. If a device is found defective or dead on arrival, we replace it free of cost. Warranty details are on our warranty policy page.

What happens after the first year?

At the end of the first year, you renew the platform and SIM data for the same ₹1,450 per device per year (subject to revision). The hardware does not need to be replaced. Renewals are billed annually.

How do I track my order after I pay?

After payment, you receive an order ID on screen and via email with a downloadable invoice. A short SMS confirmation also goes to your mobile. Visit our Order Status page anytime. Enter your mobile number, verify via SMS OTP, and see live order status including AWB tracking once your order is dispatched.
