Delete Account Request

If you would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, please send an email to our support team.

What to Include in Your Request

Please include the following details in your email to help us process your request quickly:

• Your registered email address or user ID (if applicable)
• The name of the app you are using
• A clear request stating that you wish to delete your account and associated data

Data Deletion Details

Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete all data associated with your account, including:

• Firebase authentication tokens
• User profile and preferences (if any)
• Usage logs or analytics data linked to your account

Certain non-personal or anonymized data (e.g., aggregated statistics) may be retained for internal analytics or security purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after we verify the identity of the requester.
